I am a 27 year old hospitality owner/operator running boutique hotels in Killington, Vermont.

After a run of long-term rental purchases in our early 20’s with savings from our careers, my wife Casey & I started to dabble into the world of short-term rentals which we loved but also loathed due to the many inefficiencies we saw across the business. After learning more about commercial real-estate, we discovered the boutique hotel space and after 2 years of searching, were able to find & fund out first 17 unit property in the ski town of Killington.

Quickly learning that we were way under budget for renovation, we jumped in to take on many laborious tasks which we also documented on Instagram growing quickly with 130k followers in 7 days and 300k in 3 months. With social media driving success in our first property, we took over management of a 42 room hotel a few minutes down the road that we are currently operating and working to purchase this year.

We are now focused on continuing to find & develop cool hospitality projects while discovering ways to utilize our social platform to promote other kick-butt hospitality operators on the same mission.
