David Arraya is the Founder and President of Conscious Hospitality Unlimited, a global consultancy and human development studio transforming the hospitality industry through presence, authenticity, intention, and empathy. A respected keynote speaker, author, and thought leader, David draws on over 20 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, having held executive roles in renowned properties across the globe, including in Hawaii, Hong Kong, Miami, New York, Aspen, and Ibiza.

Formerly the Global COO of Nômade People, David is now focused on growing the Conscious Hospitality movement—through coaching, keynote speaking, and organizational transformation. He is also the host of The Conscious Hospitality Podcast, where he engages with visionary leaders on mindful leadership, human connection, and the future of the industry.

David believes that hospitality is a love language, and he teaches leaders across all industries how to connect deeply with themselves, their teams, and their customers to create unforgettable experiences.
