After an eight-year stint in the Marine Corps—and jumping between jobs after leaving—Reilly found his footing in real estate. What started a decade ago with a rocky first deal turned into a relentless pursuit of excellence in property investment. From navigating every mistake imaginable on his first $50,000 flip to acquiring and managing local real estate portfolios, Reilly’s learning curve has been steep but rewarding.

With extensive expertise in multifamily housing acquisition, value-add strategies, and leasing, Reilly honed his craft working for a family office that grew from a $3MM portfolio to a staggering $320MM in assets under management. Recognizing his potential to forge his own path, he struck out to build his empire.

Since that point, he has built an impressive track record as a real estate investor and entrepreneur and is currently building his second personal multi-million-dollar portfolio. He’s bought, sold, and renovated investment properties, but currently owns & operates two boutique hotels, a handful of commercial spaces, flips on the side and is actively working on acquiring other prospects. Now living in Duluth, Minnesota—a hub of natural beauty and community spirit—Reilly continues to invest, collaborate, learn, listen and connect with like-minded visionaries who share his passion for growth and innovation.
